Leadership Team



Neil Tantingco is the CEO and co-founder of Connected Home Living® (CHL), a leading care provider blending live 24/7 remote care coordination with the latest telehealth and fall alert safety solutions. Tantingco served in leadership roles for Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) providers such as GrandCare Systems and VideoCare. By combining RPM technology and the evolving telehealth market landscape with his continued success caring for the elderly at his ALF community, Neil established Connected Home Living to intoat it is today.

Neil Tantingco held leadership positions with Silicon Valley companies such as Netscape, Yahoo!, and VMware, where he earned numerous over-achievement awards from Sales and Marketing roles. Neil holds a Bachelor's Degree from San Jose State University in International Business.


GIYAE LEE-THORNTON - Executive Vice President of Operations, Strategy, & Growth

Over the past 23 years, Giyae has practiced in 47 facilities over 22 states in multiple fields of pharmacy. Her staff, director, and leadership roles span the fields of institutional, hospital, long term care, retail, home health, hospice, oncology, nuclear, and remote telepharmacy. She holds a Bachelor degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from the University of Washington, Seattle and Business Specialization Training from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Glen Mella is the CEO and co-founder of Axcend, a provider of innovative, compact nanoflow Liquid Chromatography (LC) systems offering dramatic improvements in portability, ease of operation, and rapid and convenient deployment.

Prior to Axcend, Glen completed a 3-year voluntary role as Mission President for the California San Jose Mission of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was a co-founder, Board member, and former CEO of Cypher; a software startup that was acquired by Cirrus Logic in April 2017. Glen has a 25-year high tech track record of rapid business growth and profitability; with operational experience in product management, marketing communications, consumer retail and online channels, global business development, and building effective leadership teams in fast-growing organizations.

Glen also served as President and COO of Control4 [NASDAQ: CTRL]; a leading provider of automation systems for homes and businesses. Control4’s products are available through more than 5,000 custom integrators, retail outlets, and distributors in over 90 countries.

Prior to Control4, Glen served as SVP of marketing and sales for Triton PCS, where he led the marketing and sales efforts of over 700 professionals in 140 company-owned retail stores, and over 500 authorized retail outlets.

Before joining Triton, Glen served as CEO of Found, Inc., a software provider to the retail industry that was acquired by CRS Retail Systems. He also held marketing management positions at leading technology and consumer products companies such as Novell, WordPerfect, and Frito-Lay/PepsiCo.

Glen holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School and a BS degree from Brigham Young University. He served on the Board of Directors of InMoment, Imagine Learning, and Cypher; and he also served as a Trustee for the Utah Technology Council and as Chair of the UTC CEO peer-to-peer forum.



Dr. Parzych is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. He attended Albany Medical College in New York, and then completed his training in family medicine at the University of Utah. He worked in the community clinics for the University of Utah, and assumed leadership of the family medicine outpatient department. Dr. Parzych opened a private practice and enjoyed providing care to all ages for 13 years in Salt Lake City, Utah. During this time, he worked for Truclinic, a novel telemedicine service as a founding owner and on the advisory board. Truclinic was recently procured by InTouch Health and continues to be a significant telemedicine solution. Dr. Parzych moved to California and now serves as Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director of Home Care and Hospice services for Wilshire Health and Community Services in San Luis Obispo, California, a community business organization serving the central coast community. In this role, he works to develop innovative health solutions as well as governs the ongoing clinical operations. Wilshire is proud to have numerous programs that support the people of San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties, as well as newer programs that serve a much larger scope in conjunction with Connected Home Living. Dr. Parzych’s greatest joy is his beautiful wife Brigette, and his teenage sons Andy and Ben. They enjoy surfing, hiking, trail running, and way too many brownies.



Dr. Pezzani is a board-certified doctor of internal medicine and a specialist in hospital medicine who provides personal acute care to inpatients at El Camino Hospital. As a hospitalist, she also coordinates teams of clinicians to give her patients the care they need for any additional conditions they may have. She has particular interest in the areas of infectious disease, cardiology, pulmonology and gastroenterology.

Dr. Pezzani is passionate about improving patient care. She was among the first hospitalists trained in the U.S. and created the Hospitalist Division at El Camino Hospital, serving as its first chair. She’s also the hospital’s first Physician Chairman of Utilization Management, the team that evaluates medical necessity, appropriateness and efficiency of healthcare services. In addition, she helped bring the palliative care movement to El Camino Hospital and is a member of the Palo Alto Medical Foundation.

Dr. Pezzani enjoys interacting with patients and their families, and loves the intensity of her work. She does not practice “cookbook recipe medicine” — although two patients may have the same diagnosis, the best treatment option for each patient may be quite different. She will help each of them find the care solution that best fits their unique needs according to their philosophies, spiritual beliefs, lifestyles and customs.



Gregory S. Walton CHCIO, LFHIMSS has spent his entire career in health information technology. Spanning 5 decades of service his focus remains using technology to make improvements in lives of Americans, and citizens of all nations.

The first half of Greg’s career Greg started as an officer in the US Army Medical Service Corp. He transitioned to the civilian sector and broadened his knowledge by serving in positions at Siemens, and Ernst & Young.

The second half of Greg’s service includes 26 years in CIO roles including the University of Pittsburgh, the Carilion Clinic with the last 10 years at El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, California.

Throughout his career Greg has been a long-term HIMSS member, and has served as the HIMSS Board Chair. He was recognized with the HIMSS Health Care Leadership award in 2004, and the HIMSS and CHIME CIO of the Year award in 2005. In 2016, he received the Silicon Valley Community Campion CIO award. He is a member of Epic Emeritus, and currently serves as the President of the Pathways Home Health and Hospice Board of Directors.

Greg has returned to consulting and advisory work focusing on emerging technologies, with emphasis on Telehealth, remote patient monitoring, and smart housing within the post-acute sector. He also serves as a HIMSS Analytics Stage 7 EMRAM Validator specializing in advisory services.

When he isn’t working on matters of health technology, Greg enjoys family time; sailing, long cruises, and visiting friends across America.



Aine (pronounced Onya) is a Nurse Practitioner with 10 years’ experience in Geriatrics. For the last 7 years Aine has helped forge the “transitional care” movement by trialing innovative concepts such as Telehealth, data analytics and comprehensive chronic disease management. Aine has worked with Hospitals, Insurance Plans, Skilled Nursing Facilities and Home Health Agencies to reduce hospitalizations and improve patient quality of life. She also educates nurses regarding chronic disease management and prevention of re-hospitalizations.

Aine is passionate about the future of Healthcare and maintaining cost effective, quality patient care.
